Come see the Master Food Preservers of Orange County! We will be at the Orange County Fair Friday July 19th - Sunday August 18. Wednesday through Sunday: 11 a.m. - 8 p.m.

The 34th annual Southern California Spring Garden Show is a four-day garden event held April 25-28 in the Crate & Barrel/Macys Home Store wings. Come find our booth! We are located on the 3rd floor.

Join us for an unforgettable experience of creativity and culinary fun! Learn about canning, dehydrating fruits and herbs, and how to whip up a delicious hummus while crafting an herb blend to embellish a goat cheese log.

Who Youth ages 5-18 years old What Join UC Master Food Preserver volunteers and learn to make your very own jam or jelly to enter in the 2025 El Dorado County Fair--plus take a jar home to enjoy! Choose from apple, grape, peach, or strawberry.

Fee: Free! Do you have lots of extra produce in the garden this year? Bushels of peaches? Oodles of tomatoes??

Youth ages 5-18 are invited to come make three jars of a jam or jelly of their choice (apple, strawberry, peach or grape), then take one home and enter the other two in the 2024 El Dorado County Fair! Bring your own fruit and the Master Food Preservers will provide everything else.
