A regular workday at the demo garden on Thursdays, 11am to 1pm. The gate will indeed be open and members of the public are welcome to drop in and enjoy the garden and ask for advice. There will be public demos and plant sales. Share in garden produce, free seed exchange and local gardening advice.

In honor of Earth Day, the UCCE Master Food Preservers of San Mateo and San Francisco Counties bring you a workshop on how to use food preservation to maximize the food you enjoy and minimize the food you waste.

Enjoy the red berries of the madrones, and clumps of mistletoe as you make your own seasonal wreath, made from locally sourced foliage. You may even get the chance to meet our newborns as the first of the lambs arrive! $40 per person, includes all materials and warm apple cider/snacks.
