What is the Portal

The Portal is an online tool acts as a dashboard to access University of California Agriculture and Natural Resources (UC ANR) websites, utilities and systems in which you are involved. The Portal provides a simple yet secure way to access important systems while only having to remember one username and password. Also included in the Portal is an easy way to update your directory information and ability to search for other people within the UC ANR Directory.


How do I get access?

You must be listed in the UC ANR Directory to access the Portal. First, check to see if you are in
the directory. If you are in the directory, you will be able to have account access information sent
to you. If you are not in the directory, but feel that you should be contact your office manager or website liaison. Ask them to add you to the UC ANR directory using your .ucanr.edu email address. Once you have been you will receive Portal access information via email.

As a coordinator the Portal will assist you in accomplishing day to day activities as well as
quickly connect you with UC ANR resources:

  • Repository of images
  • SiteBuilder – website access
  • Online Survey Tool
  • Zoom Training
  • Collaborative Tools
  • Access a list of standard links to resources: Admin Links, Zoom, Affirmative Action Website, UC ANR building directory, Branding Toolkit, Career Tracks, Communication Services and IT, County Contact List, Employee Website, Repository, Taxonomy & Personnel System, URL Squisher/Tools
