This is an in-person demo class where you can learn how to dehydrate snacks and meals for your camping and backpacking adventures. We will demo a complete meal and taste some samples of food you can make to take on the trail. You will go home with lots of recipes to try.

Steam Canning 101 This is an in-person demonstration where you will learn which foods can be safely preserved using the steam canning method. This class will cover the steam canning process, then you will work in small groups using the equipment.
