About the Event
Join the UC Master Food Preservers of Sacramento County for an in-person demonstration.
This registration will include:
- Preparation of salmon for canning
- Reviewing low acid vs high acid foods
- How the pressure canning process works
- Samples created using pressure canned salmon taught and created by our volunteers
