SPRING BLOOMS
Be like a flower and turn your face to the sun.
~ Kahlil Gibran

A CALIFORNIA NATIVE POWERPLANT:
CEANOTHUS. Also known as California lilac, this shrub comes in a multitude of varieties and is notable for its ability to attract important pollinators and beneficial insects to your garden. And being a CA native, this plant is well adapted to thrive in our climate, providing beauty for decades with little care once established. .

TRANSFORM YOUR LAWN into something more sustainable.
Lawns consume vast amounts of water and resources while their maintenance can harm local ecosystems. Consider replacing unused lawn space with low-water native plants to save money or replace with a walkable alternative option such as white clover to create a more eco-friendly landscape that suits our climate.

HAVE A GRUB PROBLEM? Beneficial nematodes to the rescue!
Nematodes are tiny, usually microscopic, roundworms that can be used as a natural and effective remedy for caterpillars or grubs. Grubs cause severe injury to lawns, vegetables, and ornamental plants by feeding on plant roots.

IN YOUR EDIBLE GARDEN, it's time to plant beans, bunching onions, cucumbers, eggplant, melons, peppers, squash, and tomatoes. Click here for a detailed planting calendar
