IOE begins with engagement of schools and conceptualization of intervention and evaluation activities in the spring and summer months prior to new school year implementation. Planning Worksheets should be turned in before any evaluation activities occur. Pre-testing in intervention schools should occur as close to the start of the school year as possible. All schools should pre-test before any intervention activities (DE, IE, or PSE) occur and conclude before the winter school holidays begin, but ideally, by end of October. Post-testing should occur after all DE has been delivered and no earlier than the first Tuesday in April. All surveys and updated Planning Worksheets are due by June 30th annually.
All youth-focused evaluation deliverables (Planning Worksheets, EATS surveys, school, OST, ECE SLAQs and OAQs) are due June 30th annually.
