Originally from Santa Cruz County, Beto brings his passion for youth development and community engagement to his role as a part-time 4-H staff member. A full-time student at Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo, Beto balances his academic pursuits with a strong commitment to supporting 4-H programs. He thrives on building connections with youth and community partners—and when he’s not working or studying, you’ll likely find him enjoying a good football game.

4-H Regional Program Supervisor 

Ana has been a dedicated member of the 4-H program for over six years and began her professional journey as the Community Education Specialist for San Luis Obispo County. Her passion for youth development and community engagement shines through in her work as she builds meaningful relationships with 4-H members and volunteers. Outside of her role (when she finds a rare moment of free time), Ana enjoys exploring the outdoors, getting lost in a good book, and spending quality time with her family.
