Who We Are

CalFresh Healthy Living, UCCE helps families and individuals choose a healthier lifestyle by encouraging good food habits and decision making skills. As part of the UC Cooperative Extension, we're helping build and maintain healthy families and communities throughout California. 

CalFresh Healthy Living, UCCE of Alameda County is committed to helping local residents lead healthier and happier lives. Our nutrition educators work with agencies, schools, youth programs, residential and community centers, to integrate health promotion activities creating overall behavior changes.
