About the Event

Have you ever thought making cheese was a complicated process requiring a lot of fancy equipment, hands-on time, and a big mess? It’s not!

Our UCCE Master Food Preservers of San Bernardino/Riverside will demonstrate how to transform milk into 2 types of cheese: Fresh Ricotta and Paneer. We will provide an overview of making the cheeses at home with a focus on food safety.
