PAST: Fun with Fermentation- The Basics! (in person-Jackson)

Would you like to try your hand at fermentation but you are not sure where to start or how to use your fermented foods? Do you want to regularly incorporate fermented foods into your diet but you are not sure how to keep your live cultured food healthy and safe to eat?

In this workshop, we will discuss these topics and demonstrate fermentation techniques for food preservation including fermented dairy (yogurt), fermented vegetables, sourdough bread, and a fermented beverage (kombucha). Come and join us for a morning of fun with fermentation!

Cost is $5.00 cash or check at the door. Registration is requested:
