What is Leadership Overnight (LON)?
LON is an annual weekend leadership conference, hosted by the 4-H Ambassador Team in Santa Clara County. Seminars, panel discussions, and interactive games make up the fun and educational event. Youth learn about their personal leadership style and important new skills.
Open to California 4-H Youth Members age 11 -18

Leadership Overnight 2025
Who should attend? Any active 4-H member, age 11 - 18 (by December 31, 2023)
Why? The County Ambassadors are very excited to host this annual event. We will have interesting sessions with great speakers, fun games, skits, and a dance. We hope to see you all there!
What? Leadership Overnight is a leadership conference for our current and future youth leaders of Santa Clara county. This is a great opportunity to learn about new things, develop new or existing leadership and life skills, connect with other youth leaders in your county, and create new friendships. There will be a variety of activities and sessions that will be presented during the overnight conference.
When? March 14-16, 2025
Where? Saratoga, CA
