Seasonal Greetings Rebirth of Mother Nature A New Year Promise...

One of the things I enjoy most about late Winter is how clean the landscape often appears. Vineyards have been pruned. Almond and walnut orchards have been cleared of dead and fallen limbs. Fields have been plowed and prepped for the planting of a new season's crop.

This year I am using 5oz cups for vegetables and flower seedlings. I used them last year for some succulents that I wanted to share for fundraising and they turned out great since it made transport so much easier.

I know that there are houses broken into quite regularly in the Fairfield/Suisun City area, but a theft from the garden? That's exactly what happened at my house 2 weeks ago a theft! Now I realize that the missing object is not worth a lot nor the normal sort of prize to take.

I recently moved to Vallejo from San Francisco. I had installed a rainwater recovery system back in San Francisco which captured over 1,000 gallons of water for use in my garden. I wanted to duplicate and improve on a new water storage system here.
