YQCA Certification Training

Youth for the Quality Care of Animals (YQCA) certification is required annually for all animal exhibitors age 9 and up who will participate in the El Dorado County Fair. Exhibitors may choose to attend an in-person training for $3 or complete the online training for $12.

2025 San Joaquin Valley Grape Symposium

San Joaquin Valley grape symposium is one of longest held UCCE meetings in the Valley. This year the symposium will focus on grapevine fungal disease and virus management, the benefit and water use of cover crop, mealybug and ant control, and the effect of extreme heat on grape production.
