Join us in this second class in the series focused on low acid canning. 

Join us to learn about how to make kombucha, a refreshing drink made from fermenting tea. We’ll teach you how to maintain a healthy SCOBY (a symbiotic culture of bacteria and yeast) to make kombucha, and how to do a second fermentation flavored with various fruits.

The city of Fairfield is giving away compost at Dunnell Nature Park.

Come to our Annual Wreath Workshop on Saturday, December 2 at 1 pm. The cost of the workshop is $50.00 per person or per wreath. This fee includes access to greens, paddle wire, embellishments, bow-everything you need to make a unique wreath. We will have refreshments for you as well.
