About the Event

Join the Master Food Preservers of San Mateo and San Francisco Counties as we discuss five different preservation methods for lemons. Using the entire lemon, you will learn how to create five delicious lemon culinary treats. The recipes will cover dehydration, fermentation, and freezing, as well as more traditional cooked and water bath canning lemon recipes. We are looking forward to a zesty hour discussing lemons, we hope you are too!
