The "Mushroom Cultivation on Small Family Farms" workshop included a tour of a commercial mushroom farm in Sanger, a hands-on demonstration for building your own oyster mushroom starter kits and presentations from Richard Molinar, UC Small Farm Program advisor with UC Cooperative Extension Fresno County; Maria de la Fuente, farm advisor with UC Cooperative Extension San Benito County; and Michael Yang, agricultural assistant with UC Cooperative Extension Fresno County.
