Learn about preserving herbs.  We will demonstrate herb salt, herb jelly, dehydrating herbs, fresh herb sauces using basil (pesto) and parsley (chimichurri) with variations.

As always this is a great place to ask your questions and learn more about safe ways to preserve food.
