PAST: Citrus Creations (in person- Jackson)

Join us as we go beyond the usual orange juice and lemon meringue pie. We'll show you how to use citrus to make jelly, curd and candy. You will also learn ways to dehydrate and preserve these seasonal beauties.

When: Saturday, January 20, from 9am to 12 Noon (Check-in begins at 8:45 am; class starts promptly at 9:00.)

Location: Amador County GSA Building, 12200-B Airport Road, Jackson

Fee: $5 (payable at the door by cash/check payable to UC Regents)
