Join us on Sat, March 22 from 10 am - 12 noon for a free workshop all about Persimmons and Pomegranates, presented by Raymond Mireles, UCANR Fruit and Almond Area Advisor (Fresno and Tulare Counties)
You will learn essential practices for successfully growing persimmons and pomegranates, from selecting the right varieties and proper planting techniques to ongoing care, pest management, and harvesting.
We will cover best practices for soil health, irrigation, pruning, and disease prevention to ensure healthy trees and abundant fruit production. Whether you're a seasoned grower or new to these unique fruit trees, this session will provide practical insights for cultivating thriving persimmon and pomegranate plants.
