About the Event
In this program, presented by UCCE Master Food Preservers of Orange County (https://ucanr.edu/sites/MFPOC/), you will learn how to preserve this months Farmers' Market bounty. This class will bring you up to date on the latest preserving processes recommendations, teach you how to preserve food safely and it will provide the reasons behind the instructions. You will learn what equipment is needed and proper storage methods.
