Partners Update
The Marin Food Policy Council (FPC) was founded to address issues connected to food production, access, distribution, and nutritional health, affecting the county’s 248,794 residents. Currently the Council is developing policy to support increased coordination and participation in Cal Fresh, and will turn its attention to community garden and other production policy needs in the coming months. This collaboration is facilitated and coordinated through leadership from the Agricultural Institute of Marin, Marin Health and Human Services, Marin Organic, and UC Cooperative Extension.
