Work with a team to put-up 2 pints of chicken and 2 dry spice blends for your pantry. We will cover prepping the meat, proper canning techniques and how a pressure canner works.
There will be Sacramento County Master Food Preservers helping as you learn a new skill.
This is an in-person, hands-on workshop.
When: Wednesday, May 22, 6 till 9 PM
Fee: $35 for you and 1 guest.
