Join us to learn current, safe methods and resources for tomato preservation while making three recipes. You’ll also learn how to use dehydrated foods for recreation, emergency, and meal planning.

Cost: $40 per person

All materials/ingredients will be provided, and each participant will go home with some preserved products made in class and recipes to try at home.
