In this workshop, you will view a colorful selection of native plants and learn how they can be utilized in your garden to provide beauty and create habitat places for birds, butterflies, bees and other wild creatures to live, find food and reproduce.

The Foothill Farmers Market at the Fountains in Roseville will have a table with handouts and volunteers giving out research-based, home horticultural advice.

Container gardening is a great solution if you dont have a suitable garden space. This workshop will cover choosing the right container, plant selection tips, transplanting and more. Learn how to be successful growing ornamental plants, as well as fruit and vegetables.

Meet and greet with the public, answer questions and help trouble shoot gardening problems, enjoy being outdoors at this smaller, rural market setting. Free parking.
