UC ANR shows its 4-H spirit, raises over $80,000 for youth

UC ANR's 4-H Youth Development Program raised $80,619 for California youth from its supporters purchasing paper clovers at Tractor Supply for $1 or more Oct. 314, finishing second only to Texas in the 2018 Fall Paper Clover campaign during National 4-H Week.

Jim Wolpert, UC Cooperative Extension specialist emeritus in the Department of Viticulture and Enology at UC Davis, died Oct. 14, 2018, in Hermann, Mo. He was 67. Wolpert retired in 2013 after 28 years as a UCCE specialist studying grape rootstocks and varieties.
