The UC Cooperative Extension Master Gardeners of Stanislaus County are excited to announce a free online class!
The Night Crew - How Owls Help You, and How You Can Help Owls introduces owls as part of a biological team of natural pest exterminators. They are beautiful, non-toxic and they don't ask for a salary! They have even been shown to be even more effective than poisons in many cases. We'll learn about their nest box requirements and where they are appropriate and where they aren't. We'll also touch on other predatory bird species throughout California.
When: Thursday, March 27, 2025 10:00-11:30 a.m.
