IGIS was pleased to attend an excellent Forest and Shrubland LiDAR Derived Products Workshop jointly held by the California Natural Resources Agency (CNRA) and California Department of Conservation (DOC), on March 17th.

Data is one of our core currencies in research and extension, and we're lucky to live in an age where there's plenty of it. Sometimes it feels like too much! Fortunately the tools of the trade are keeping up, allowing us to manage and utilize data more efficiently and effectively than ever before.
