ANR Update

Dear Colleagues, The state's fiscal year 2019-20 budget will remain the same as FY18/19 for UC Office of the President (UCOP), of which UC ANR is a key component.

An update on the UC ANR Strategic Plan Accomplishments has been posted.

Dear Colleagues, Over a decade ago, Adina Merenlender had a vision a vision for a corps of Californians dedicated to appreciation and stewardship of the state's natural environment.

Approximately two years ago, UC ANR purchased a parcel of land adjacent and contiguous to the current Davis headquarters at 2801 Second Street. The purchase was intended to facilitate future development of the ANR Davis site.

Dear Colleagues, It is with mixed emotions that I announce the departure of Shannon Horrillo from UC ANR. Shannon has accepted a new position at the University of Nevada, Reno where she will become the Associate Director of Cooperative Extension, effective August 5.
