Take a walk on the wild side with JDSF Biologist Robert Douglas. Enjoy a guided stroll through the redwoods while searching for newts, salamanders, and more! 

When: 4/26/25 from 9am to noon

Where: Camp One Day Use Area (Jackson Demonstration State Forest)

Walk will includes moderate physical activity (approx. 1-2 miles on uneven terrain). Please reach out should you have questions or concerns about accessibility!

Please bring snacks, water, and weather-appropriate clothing. Plan to arrive by 9am, as group will leave meeting place after approximately 15 minutes.
