Youth for the Quality Care of Animals (YQCA) certification is required annually for all animal exhibitors age 9 and up who will participate in the El Dorado County Fair. Exhibitors may choose to attend an in-person training for $3 or complete the online training for $12. Youth are required to complete a pre-test online prior to participating in the training or they will not receive their certificate.
