What you will learn:
- Introduction to Horticulture Reproduction
- Types of Pollination: self, wind, insects/birds
- Seed Saving Terms- monoecious, directions, hybrid, Grex, heirloom, open pollination
- How to Create new varieties or crosses
- Start saving seeds from your favorite vegetables
- Take home locally saved seeds!
- This class will present technical information with practical tips and some great pictures
