Instructions on How To Receive Credit

1. Register for the webinar.
2. Join the Zoom webinar using the link sent to the email address you used to register.
   • Only one attendee per Zoom account.
   • Your name should match the name you used to register.
   • Your participation will be verified within the first 5 minutes of the webinar, within the first 5 minutes after break, and 5 minutes before the end of the webinar.
3. Respond to chats and polls during the webinar.
4. Stay through the end of the webinar.
   • No partial credit will be offered.
5. Take the final exam for the webinar and obtain the passing score of 70%.

**Course completion certificates will be emailed within 14 days after the end of the conference.**
