Gardeners with Heart
During our 2020 Virtual Mini-Conference offerings, the UC Master Gardener Program launched a special video featuring photos and quotes from/about special volunteers. These volunteers, Gardeners with Heart, were nominated by coordinators and fellow volunteers in advance of National Volunteer Week in April 2020. Gardeners with Heart, use creativity, strategic thinking, passion for program mission, and commitment to diversity to improve our program delivery. Coordinators may also enjoy reviewing the recording of the UC Master Gardener Program Gardeners with Heart LIVE event (Sept. 2020) featuring volunteer nominees from around the state.
